Special Forms

Beside the 'ordinary' throws described in the chapters before, there may exist many more possibilities. With that high redundancy of movement (see chapter "Technique - Calculi - Redundancy"), and with the many possibilities of body limb constellations, one never knows!

(1) Underhanded Throw

One often discussed and even practiced throw is the underhanded throw. This throw may easily fill a whole separate chapter. The main problem with it is the power.

The underhanded throw is a difficult topic, not yet fully researched. Quite some people work on it. One of them is my friend Alleswerfer, you can find him e.g. in the messerwerfen forum .

Always watch the security!
