The Nuernberg area is the the home of www.axtwerfen.de. This are several smaller private places.
This is a private place, equiped with some targets. The journey by train and bus includes a final one hour walk. I can only recommend this walk, it goes through a fairytale like landscape.
The region is touristic, you can have bed and breakfast everywhere for under twenty euro. To learn more about the region, see www.pottenstein.de and www.kuehlenfels.de.

Here the Midsummer Throwers' Meeting 2001 took place at Sankt John's at Sunday, 24th June 2001, a fine little throwing session with a campfire. |
Wood for targets. How to get it home!? My neighbour helps with the traktor. He just chained the log, liftet it some centimeters and tuckatucka on the road with it.

Don't expect, that anything happens fast here! The speed of the development depends on the demand.
This is a tiny place, for smallest meetings. Easy to travel to and from: only 5 minutes walking from the main station, and directly beside a highway exit.
Erlangen Meetingpoint, quite improvised. It is a parking lot, and we depend on no cars parking there, what is usually the case at saturday.
On demand, the place will be improved.
